Posted here before, and I finally got around to seeing a dietician and getting a rough diet plan planned out! Hopefully it'll eventually just become second nature for me to eat less (and healthier).
I'm really hoping I can stick to this, any previous attempt ended in me falling off the wagon and eating my weight back. I knew it was unhealthy to constantly skip meals but it felt like the only way I could see results quickly, if at all.
I've started to exercise too! (and then accidentally gave myself an injury :']) I'm gonna try and aim for losing some 10kg/22lbs by the end of the year, if not more if I can manage it :D
