Simple as the question. Before losing weight, did you also have a prominently visible lower belly? If so, did you lose it along your weight loss journey or did you have to pay special attention and do specific exercises for it? I have a very visible and disgusting lower belly fat and I'd like to know if I have to do some other exercise than I normally do or if it'll melt away along with all other fat. For starters, I'm 28F,5'4",226 lbs.
Please reply as I'm very conscious and insecure about it.
