I am just curious to know if anyone is following a specific diet/workout plan and if it has been successful or if you are enjoying it? I have used the Courtney Black app for the past two years including making some of her recipes/food tracking. I don’t have anything negative to say about her, I think she is great and I absolutely love her energy! The only problem is I seem to get bored after about 4 weeks and lose interest. I am trying to find something that is more long-term and easier to stick too. Does anyone recommend any other apps/programmes/diets?
