Tips!

Read many nice stories of you guys improving on yourself and becoming better! I just wanna give a few pointers to people that are struggling and losing motivation.

  1. Don't cut out "unhealthy foods" completely.

Now hear me out, yes you should cut out "unhealthy foods' but not entirely. I recommend you eat healthy foods all week to maintain or lose weight but, you should have at least one day to just relax and have nice slice of pizza or some candy, whatever you like as long as you keep it to a limit or as long as you do not go past your calories. That way it will help you be more consistent with health foods without having super crazy urges throughout your process. Side note EAT YOUR PROTEIN

  1. Low intensity cardio.

I can not stress this enough. I've seen many people start their journey to become healthier and try to start by jogging or something very intense and end up quitting. Start with something very easy like walking or biking. That way it'll get you in the groove and slowly starts becoming a healthy habit and later on you can pick up the intensity.

  1. No excuses

I do not want to hear it. If you really want it you'll go after it. For example you only got 30 minutes to workout? Then workout for 30 min. 30 min is better than nothing at all. Work takes up almost the whole day? Wake up early and go for a walk or lift weights before work ETC ETC. If you really put your mind to it and really want it, you will find a way.

  1. Make bad habits unattractive

This speaks for itself.

These are just some tips I have for your beautiful journey blooming into a very nice rose. Feel free to DM me for more tips, I'll be more than happy to talk.
