Hello everyone, I am looking for workout routines/ "challenges" - that would be good for someone with really poor fitness levels. I was hoping to do 14 / 21 day routine - with workouts being under 1 hour.
I already swim and do yoga so I am looking for something that will show slightly quicker results as that will really keep me motivated to keep going.
I don't have any preference to any 1 kind of workout - happy to experiment
