Gonna start working out with lighter weights.
I've read up on whether or not working out with light weights is effective and most are saying yeah , just get close to failure.
Only problem is it's hard to identify when i'm close to failure when my legs are bloody burning lol. Like i have the strength to do another rep, it just kinda hurts.
How do i differentiate between being near to failure and just lactic acid? and is working out past "the burn" harmful? Does lactic acid buildup happen close to failure?
