For the past few months I have been monitoring the calories I eat and the calories I burn.
And the results have been positive.
When I started calculating calories by using a scale, the volume I used to eat was much higher than what I currently eat.
Honestly, as a consequence, the volume of my excrement in the bathroom is much smaller.
However, I do lose weight.
This raises a question in my mind? How do you lose weight, where does the weight go? I have the feeling that it is not in the bathroom.
The NSFW tag is because maybe the question might be unpleasant for some people, although honestly for me it is totally normal.
