Prompted by a post in the daily q&a a while ago, I thought it would be really interesting to see how people's stats line up with TDEE calculators. I'm especially interested to see what level of daily activity people do and what level of activity that would fit to on a calculator.
You'll need to know your actual maintenance TDEE you've worked out through tracking or trial and error, or based on your rate of weight loss.
