This is what I ate today:
Breakfast: 2 low carb tortillas with a whole egg and egg whites with spinach peppers and cucumbers
Snack: yogurt with pb2 & blueberries
Dinner: arugula beet salad with salmon (8oz)
I’m back to a calorie deficit after many months of not tracking calories. I’m shorter (5’2) and not active outside of work (waitress)
My weight combined with height doesn’t allot me too many calories (try to stay under 1600 but even that’s a lot for me)
I’ve done this before but I feel starving at the end of the night. I ate plenty of protein and fiber and fats today so I don’t get it. Do y’all think it will go away after a week or so?
