At this point, I keep thinking that losing weight is probably easier than thinking about how I need to lose weight CONSTANTLY.

It's an obsession, seriously, I want to escape it. It's one of the first things I think about every morning and it stays present in my mind all day practically. I know I have clothes I like that don't fit. I know I feel self conscious. I know eating has become this weird, pathologized thing I do now. I know my feet and legs hurt but they wouldn't if I lost weight. I also know that thinking about it won't change anything, it's behaviors that change things. This just isn't what I want my life to be about!

Just a little vent/rant I suppose. Maybe someone can relate.
