I’ve always struggled with losing weight and have tried it numerous times, only to gain it back. To be honest, when I go on a diet, I always end up doing it to the extreme and it just makes me feel so exhausted all the time without even doing anything.
And it’s also really hard because my mums always making these delicious unhealthy food. So, my question is, how do you avoid eating food that’s unhealthy & already made in front of you? How do you encourage/force yourself to eat healthy food?
