Hey y’all, I’m finding I was doing well for a while but now struggling a bit again, and I think a large part of it is “finish your plate” and “if I don’t eat that now, it might go bad” anxieties which lead me to overeat past satiety (even if it’s well within my calorie goals)
I’ve tried making smaller portions and reminding myself it’s okay to have leftovers or throw away a bit of food, but sometimes even the smaller portions I’ll finish purely because I don’t want to waste food even if I don’t really want the food
Anyone else struggled with this during your journey? Any ideas?
