How do I bounce back from a slump

Hey y’all.

In January I started working out with a slight calorie deficit to get into shape. I lost 10 pounds and was doing a really good job moving my body everyday, eating healthier, and keeping binge urges at bay.

Should mention that I’m 20 y/o, female, and not overweight just really skinny fat.

But about a week and a half ago I got strep throat and everything went haywire. I started binge eating for comfort, first with jello, then with chocolate, dairy (I had eliminated it to solve bloating issues) and all sorts of junk food. I’m talking 5k calories every single day for the past 9 days. I’ve gained 18 pounds but more importantly I seem to have lost my motivation to go to the gym, eat healthy, take care of my body, or do anything really. All I want to do is binge eat and sleep, and I get hungry for a full meal every 2-3 hours

How do I snap out of this cycle?
