I just gained 2kg in a weekend after reaching my target weight of 80kg (I'm a 6ft male). Some of that must be water but this has happened before and its very disheartening. I know I can loose it again but it will take weeks to recover the losses. One weekend with my family and I've lost about a month of work. I really don't want to have to actively restrict my food intake forever.
How do I find the balance? Will I be counting calories for the rest of my life?
