Feeling like I am being judged at the gym constantly

24f, Weight: 129 pounds, Height: 5’4 So I am a newbie at going to the gym. I didn’t play sports growing up so I am not very athletically inclined. So going to the gym is really nerve wrecking and anxiety inducing. I constantly feel like I am doing something wrong or being judged. I feel really self conscious and feel dumb. I don’t go near the smith machine because it’s intimidating to me. I know my form is rough. I have no one to teach me on what I should be doing. I have watched a few videos on YouTube but all the exercises can be overwhelming. I just feel really dumb because I don’t know how to do these things like normal people.

So advice on what to do would help me out.
