Hello everyone! Age: 22f SW: 74KG CW:70.8KG GW: 65KG I've been to a registered dietitian to help me lose weight, or at least stabilize it in January (was 74kg, and could not get it to stop rising). it worked really well! I'm now at 70.8kg (more or less depending on the day). The thing is, I'm doing sports twice a week (I did none before) , I'm hungry all the time and I'm not seeing my weight go down anymore. My jeans are getting looser and looser, I'm losing centimeters around my thighs but the weight won't go down. I know it's a slow process, but I also know there's a lot of fat still in those 70.8 kg. How can I lose fat? Is it going to reduce eventually? I'm eating mostly proteins and vegetables (my dietitian regulates my food and what I should eat) so I don't think thats what I should change. Do you have any idea to help me? I'll also bring that problem in my next meeting with her, but it's not until may. Thanks a lot!
