I have been taking my weight loss serious since January 2021 and int he first 8 months lost 30kgs. Since then its been really hard and it just hit me today that I am mentally exhausted form thinking about food, calories etc. all the time.
I have about 30 more kgs to lose before I hit my goal weight and even maintaining my current weight is something that I have to actively work on most days.
While I have seen that I can do it, realized how much better I already feel and do have some motivation to keep going, most days I am just exhausted from it. I can't get myself to exercise really (I have a super hard time finding something that works for me and going on super long walks is not a long term solution).
Anyone else feel the same? How did you get out of it/get back on track?
