Recently I changed my diet and eat healthy (and plenty) during the day, but when the midnight hits, I wake up and desperately want snacks.
The night cravings have been there for a long time, they’re not new to me and they’re there regardless of what and how much I eat during the day. I’m now more worried about them since they’re sabbotaging my diet.
Maybe the sugar level drops during the night?
Any advice on 1) what to keep on my night table as a healthier alternative to cookies and chocolate? 2) what to eat right before bedtime to reduce the chance of waking up a couple of hours later for some muchies?
