I 26F 5ft 3inches SW 222.6lbs GW 200lbs CW 217lbs .
As iv just sat down from pinning things down (again) with heavy plant pots which had me thinking how far iv come from January of 2020 .
In January 2020 my goals were simple drink mostly water which i continue todo yay . Secondly was to go cruelty free in laundry, cleaning personal care items and nail polish. It took a year to clear any back stock of non cruelty free products but as of today my home is cruelty free in those areas .
January 2021 i wanted some more simple goals so i choose to deal with my mental health which was hard work i did CBT for my social anxiety and finally got diagnosed with high functioning depression . For my depression iv set simple daily routine for myself and my home plus a laundry routine which i can maintain while not having good day .
Mid 2021 I decided to get a cross trainer to help with my bad hip so its on lowest setting but has helped massively i also got proper walking boots so i can walk the dogs in a safer manner .
As you can see the goals werent huge but what they lead to is the point that this year im able to deal with my weight . Its going to be slow but i know thats the best way for me to get to a healthy weight even if it takes 5yrs.
Along with my weight im focusing on doing things that make me happy daily . So music , reading and dog walking when its not gale force winds . I live in a flat exposed area so iv been watching debris fly across the fields . So glad i have a cross trainer as i can exercise in the warm .
