First of all, sorry if my English is bad, I'm just learn trough Reddit and music. Well, I (18/6'0 -1.83/M) been fat all my life, sometimes not so much and other times too much, during school I practiced basketball so I could regulate my body and physical condition, however I was still fat and now I'm in the university and for the virus a don't have presencial classes or activities, so I have become sedentary and that's it's making me feel awful everyday, many times I tried to become less fat or something but it's really difficult when the food is close to me and I spent all the time in my house, however I just tired of this and now I've decided to start my weightloss and I just want to say it, I know it's no the big time for the People bit it's important for me and this post it's a reminder to me to keep going and give up.
