Hey Reddit, as you read from the title, I want to start my journey to losing weight over quarantine. I gained a lot of weight. I went from 180 to 240 and now have a noticeable double chin. I went from being average in weight and not really getting comments on my weight to being called fat on a daily basis. It's also very hard because my mother doesn't believe in a gym and doesn't want to spend all the money on a gym. I'm currently 16 and for my birthday I want to lose 50 pounds. My goal weight is 200 pounds.
