I desperately need to lose weight... But

So... I'm 31 m. 5'7 at about 340 lbs. I'm starting to feel my back when standing for longer than 10 minutes (Especially my lower back) and my knees are seriously throwing me off then i'm having to walk a long flight of stairs. I'm getting less and less mobile by the month it seems, and i definitely need to lose weight.. I just can't keep myself motivated for longer than a few days until i buy fastfood again or go out to get some snacks.

Anyone who can help me become motivated? Thank you so much
