How to stay fit when disabled?

I used to go to the gym all the time, mostly for strength training and sprints on the treadmill. I lost about 60 lbs over the course of 7 months or so. But late last year I lost my ability to walk and am now essentially wheelchair bound but can use crutches for short distances since one leg is affected.

I miss the endorphins and dopamine I got from working out, does anyone have any recommendations for simple exercises I could do for the upper body that won't completely kill my energy?

Any advice or tips are appreciated :)
