What helped you get into the right mindset for weight loss success?

Was there something you saw or something you realised that made you stick to your current weight loss plans?

Always in need of motivation. My willpower is non existent and needs a shake up!

Would love to hear about your motivation and what keeps you from falling off the wagon.

I'm 106kg, comfort eater. Feeling so flat with all this WFH and self imposed lockdowns. I'm not sure if I should even go to the gym with it blowing up in Australia again. I really want to take advantage of WFH and fit in more exercise..put I just can't push myself.
