If there's anyone here who tried both, what was your experience? Which one worked better in terms of both sustainability and weight loss? I know it's different for everyone, but I'm curious nonetheless.
I've been restricting my intake for the entire month and I've had 3 meals a day with snacks (usually grapes or berries) in between, but I think I'll give OMAD with the same amount of calories a try for a week and see how it goes. While I do wish for relatively quick weight loss, keeping the weight off is my priority.
