I want to lose fat, specifically the fat around my thighs. I dunno why but that seems to be where most of the fat goes. It's horrible to sit on the toilet and look down at those horrible abominations honestly.
My hips are also too wide, but I'm not sure if losing weight will fix that. It seems to a bone thing.
I eat fruit for breakfast, sometimes a pretty heavy lunch (pasta and such things) and some little meals for dinner (salad on good days and a scone on bad ones). I walk 45 minutes a day and try to do this run-walk thing for 15 (and some minor weight lifting in the morning).
Problem is I feel hungry even when I'm not. Like my brain needs food. Eating good food is the only time I really feel happy. Otherwise it's sort of just a whole bunch of white-noise-nothing. Is there anything that I can do to curb this bullshit? Any diet recommendations? I've tried to count calories but it got so frustrating that I always ended up just giving up.
I know, count my calories, eat more vegetables, yeah. Good advice, but it's difficult to follow because it's kind of vague. I'm kind of retarded and can't really handle these things unless I'm told explicitly what to do and how to do it. I can't really expand these little tidbits into my own routine. Does that make sense??
(I'm 15, a girl, 157 cm tall and weigh 51 kg.)
TLDR: I am dumb and am hungry when I don't need to eat. I'm trying to run but it is straight up torturous. My thighs are absolutely horrendous. Exercise makes me fucking miserable. Is there any regimen I can follow? Something clear-cut -- not nebulous -- and consistent?
Thanks for reading my vaguely narcissistic rant. Please help.
