My weight has gotten out of hand and I'm beyond desperate. I truly hate myself right now. I see all these women who have taken up body building, and they're like "just eat more food and you'll lose weight". But they don't really say how much they exercise. I just get so frustrated and confused because I want to be like them. I want to know how to do all of the right things to be healthy, but it feels like there's some secret they have..idk.
So I end up going through the cycle of eating 1200 cals, working out, repeating for a few days.. feeling like I'm going to pass out, then I binge again cause I'm so hungry or tired. Repeat x 15 years.
I've tried just protein shakes, Duromine, lite n easy, weight watchers, personal trainers.
Yes I know I can lose weight by eating 1200 cals..but how do you tone up at the same time and retain energy? If I eat more while working out, I seem to just maintain.
I'm a size 20. I just want to get back to a 14 so I can wear regular fashionable clothes.
