I believe losing weight depends on two things , Food Control and Training.
I eat a-lot, And Im trying to loose weight.

Do: - Drink 8x cups of water - Think twice before eating - Ask “Am I really hungry?”
Don’t: - STOP eating sugar. - Eat food that contain a-lot of fats and oil . -Eat when not hungry. -Eat more than one plate. -Eat anything outside breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
