Hey there all! I hope you lot are doing well in your progress!
So, I am 19yo(close to 20) height 5'11", I have lost around 6-8kgs in last 2-3 months, i have been lifting(no much but for 20min) from last half month. I am on 5/2 fasting schedule and I only eat upto 1300-1400 calories on eat days(except cheat days) plus I have been walking for like 12-15kms a day.
I haven't seen a single size reduction in my body as such. Is that because i need to lose more weight or something or anything else? I would like to know your stands on this topic.
For context: i was 94kgs, currently I am at 86.30kgs.
