How can I get rid of my last eating sin that I turned into a little ritual for myself

Welp I hit a problem. My weight loss has been fine and I lost 30 Kilogramm (about 66 lbs) in 2 years. But with me getting closer to my goal the weight loss gets harder. I have one remaining eating sin as I like to call it, that adds useless 400!! kalories to my day: Hot chocolate. I dont drink coffee or tee and this has always been my favorite drink.

I am good with keeping routine and eating healthier which has turned hot chocolate into my biggest enemy. Since I like to stick to routines, I gave myself a habit and can't get out of it. My side hustle is writing and I write about 2-3 hours a day on my books. So I usually make myself a nice, creamy cup of hot chocolate and sit down. This ritual helps me get in the writing mood and I enjoy the little treat while I work late at night. The sugar also keeps me going even if I write at midnight after a long day at work.

The last few weeks I switched to tee or some plain water. Nothing worked. I did not get much writing done because I was constantly missing the great athmosphere of sipping my chocolate. Even though the tee was warm - it was not enough to trick my mind.

With my deadline looming ahead I caved in to not anger my publisher and returned to my old routine (Yes I know not a good idea because I just reinforced myself on the idea that writing is only possible with hot chocolate). The book is done and gone, and now I want to get myself out of this misery before I have to write the next one.

I would appreciate tips! Sadly sublimenting the hot chocolate with a less calorie alternative chocolate drink is hard since I have a set of allergies that restrict certain foods. The most severe is a component which is commonly found in sugarfree and diet products.

How can I break the routine that I kept going for so long? I thought about switching it with a lit candle, a cuddly blanket anything to keep me comfy. But my mind is hyperfocussing on the missing component and I nearly die from the cravings at that moment.

Edit: My recipe is: Low fat milk (1,5% fat) and real chocolate that I melt down. I already buy a low-fat, sugar reduced chocolate for this. But only got of about 50-80 calories from the switch. I drink about 400 to 500 ml per serving. So about two bigger cups.
