37/F/ start weight: 152, current weight, 142, goal weight, 137

What is happening? I’m down about 12 lbs in 6 weeks and for some reason this week I’ve been voracious. I’ve been finishing my dinner around 1200 calories then binging all the way up to 2000 (which is still within my TDEE, by the way, just undoes all my work for the day). Ugh. I feel like since I’m close to my goal and I’ve lost a good chunk since I started I’m taking my foot off the gas pedal. Ughhhhh.
