Im 19 years old, 5’10” and 215 lbs and I’ve decided for the first time in my life to focus on my health. My current goal is to be at 185 by may, which I’ll achieve by keeping track of my calories and staying under 2000 per day with some light exercise. I am less focused on the number on the scale and more focused on setting myself up to be healthy years down the road. Does anyone have any tips or ideas to stop myself from being hungry all day?
