I just ate 800 calories worth of milk chocolate and cookies

Lol, I am a 5'4 f (20) cw (158) gw (130)

I have been on this weight loss quest for about a year now and have gained 8 pounds.

I work out like 4-5 times a week and eat pretty healthy but I average about 2000 calories.

If I only eat like 400 calories tomorrow and drink tons of water will I gain weight??

I need some advice about not eating so much. How do you all fill the void?

Please friends I am desperate at this point, I am going to start counting my calories forreal forreal but I just need to be able to distract myself.
