How do you measure out portions from a cooked recipe?

This is probably a stupid question but I've not been able to figure out how to measure portions from a fully cooked meal when trying to plan out calories for my days. I mainly cook one pot meals as it's fast and easy for me but I'm at a loss at how to take all the individual parts that make the whole into a serving to make sure I'm getting enough protein, carbs and vegetables. If for example I measure out an assumed serving size on a food scale, I'm still hungry. Is that because individually I'm not eating enough because it's all mixed together or what?

Is there some kind of calculator that I can put recipes into to to figure out what my serving sizes would be?

Maybe I'm overthinking it lol but I would appreciate some assistance!
