Hey everyone. I’m struggling lately. I have lost and kept off about 15 pounds since August, but I’ve been losing and gaining the same 5-10 pounds since early November.
I recognize that this is a lack of consistency on my part. People say it tends to be harder to lose or keep weight off during the holidays, but I don’t want to have excuses. Lately, I’ve been finding myself much more hungry and having much less willpower than usual. I don’t want to keep yoyo-ing until I eventually gain back all the weight I’ve lost.
What do you do to help get yourself through these rough patches and get back on track to consistently lose weight again?
