So far I’m logging everything I eat, but I know I’m going to be over my calories today but do you know what, I’m ok with that.
I’m trying to make good choices where I can, drinking plenty of water rather than grabbing a handful of chocolates from the selection box but I’m also not denying myself anything.
I’ll put weight on, I’ll start a new day fresh tomorrow and remember this is a marathon not a sprint.
