So I have been eating about 1300-1400 calories now while dieting but yesterday I ate like at least 3000 cal because we had a christmas dinner and lots of chocolate etc. I did my best to not to eat like stuff I could eat even if it wasn't christmas. So yeah.
I don't feel guilty or anything but like now when I woke up at the morning I felt really really hungry. I had to go eat breakfast immediately. And now like three hours after breakfast I feel like shit. I'm so tired and feel nauseous. Like I have something stuck in my throat. I feel like I would vomit soon and I have really bad pain in my stomach. I haven't moved in like two hours anywhere. Can this be because of what I ate yesterday? Anyone else in my family doesn't feel like this so it can't really be food poisoning. I was planning to work out today but I feel like that won't be possible. This was my first time in four months when I ate more calories than I burned.
