I have like 15 lbs I want to get rid of, and while I frequent the gym, I think my body has changed in my late 30s. Gym and correct eating seemed to make it easy to look great before. for a while Pandemic stress and avoiding covid I kinda just stopped the gym and eating well. I've been trying to get it back but can't seem to lose this 15 lbs I'm carrying around, especially my tummy.
I noticed I can just starve it off, but I don't really have a way to keep it off once I do. Is there any application of gym or food or something that would allow me to starve down to the weight I want and keep it off? This isn't possible is it? :)
I workout 3x a week and do high resistance cardio 30min 3x or more a week. This used to be plenty just 3 years ago...
