I am 5’4 and 165lbs. I’ve been wanting to lose weight (my goal is 150) for about 2 years now and nothing works. I started at 190 and was able to lose a couple pounds through working out, which didn’t last, and then a bad breakup, but now I’ve been at a constant and can’t find any motivation to work to reach my goal.
I want to make it a lifestyle change because I want to be able to look at my body and be happy that I’ve done something to like the way I look.
