I drink too much lac-free cow milk! I drink it in the morning with my coffee and one more time with my whey protein, which goes for about 400ml of milk a day. I know that in calories it isn't too much, and I enjoy so much my latte that taking it out of my diet would have a huge impact on my happiness. Also, my protein mix with water is just disgusting. Is it bad that I drink this much cow milk? (Vegetable milks are very expensive where I live, like 6 times the price of cow milk).
