Good morning all! I’m currently sitting at 280 pounds which is the largest I’ve ever been and 80 pounds above my high school graduation weight which when I look back is when I looked best. It’s been 10 years since then, a marriage and a kid have all helped me gain weight. I am 6’1” M and used to be the epitome of the body type “athletic”. Now I’m the epitome of the body type “would die if I tried to do an athletic move” lol. So as of today I am changing my lifestyle. Please any tips on how you changed your eating behaviors and began exercising to help lose weight and keep it off!
