I started out early 2020 at 187 lbs. I aimed to end the year at 147, my GW for several previous attempts. To my surprise, CICO was easy and I got to 140.
Graduate studies got more arduous, and I steadily began to put on weight. Now, I put about half back, and I'm at 165 lbs and gaining.
Going back to losing seems like such a setback and I can't find motivation. Anyone been trough a second loss attempt after a successful one and had it work? Tips, tricks and motivation welcome (and appreciated)
