Hello everyone,
as you can see from my flairs, I started at 165 kg around 4 years ago and have been progressively going down, the lowest I've ever been was around 123 kg at which point my weight started to fluctuate. For the past year or so, my weight has only been around 123 - 130, will not go lower than that.
I try to eat healthy, focusing more on food rich with protein but I do try to eat everything and not have any special diets of sort. If I were looking at it calorie count, I would say I never go past 3000 but usually stay around 2500.
Exercise wise it's a bit complicated, in short, my right foot has a problem which doesn't let me do anything but walk for short amounts, swim and ride bicycle. Since it's winter here now it's really hard for me to do much other than walk for short distances.
Any advice as to what I should try to keep the trend going down would really be helpful.
