I've made small dietary changes (eat a little less, drink more water, skip unhealthy unnecessary condiments, etc) and I've dropped from 170lbs to 154lbs (I'm 5'3") in roughly a week. No noticable visual changes at all, just my weight (I weigh myself at the same time in the morning before I eat or drink). This is also with very little exercise. What gives? Is this something to be concerned about at all, or am I just losing water weight or something?
