Currently attempting to work my way up to 1200/day OMAD while studying for a big exam I have coming up. I'm off work for right now, so I'm basically just filling my days with studying plus a workout. Other than the working out and an occasional social occasion, I'm spending pretty much all my time inside at my desk... and after a few hours of this, I get hungry/snacky. Especially when working late into the night.
Has anyone else been in such a situation? How do you not want to eat something when you're working for hours on end? I know there are healthy study snacks out there, but I'm ideally working to find psychological techniques to work my way through the cravings. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
