Title sums it up. I‘m trying to lose weight but the constant hunger is so distracting. I’m in grad school and I feel like I can’t focus or take my mind off the constant hunger. I wake up throughout the night starving and with stomach pains. It’s been consuming me.
Ive been drinking a lot of water and eating veggies to help, but it’s still relentless.
Is this normal? If so, what do you do to control it?
