Four days straight, making myself be active no matter what's going on or how I feel. My first day over 3k steps. Not much in days or steps I know, but big for me.
This game is really working to keep me goal oriented and doing just a bit extra. So is my 4 year old daughter. She has taken to telling me I've "gotta go walk" and reminding me to "get my steps in" throughout the day. I really feel myself getting used to a more active routine. My hips and knees aren't quit used to it yet, but I'm pushing through that. I'm looking forward to not being trapped in this body anymore.
