Can someone explain this?!

I’m a 5’ 8” 27 year old female that was at 149lbs and now down to about 135lbs. Im trying to find my ideal weight and have been using the LoseIt app. It’s giving me a calorie allowance of 1250 per day with the flexibility to go up to 1450 on the weekends. I’ve been very good with it in general but I’ve plateaued at 135ish for maybe 3 weeks or so. Well over thanksgiving and the weekend I was not careful in the slightest, I figured I deserved a couple days to enjoy food (eating probably 2,000 or more calories per day) with the intention of starting to weight myself and eat better monday. I stepped on the scale this morning-triple checking it was accurate. I have broken my plateau and now weigh 134. HOW?!?! Am I eating too little per day and need to eat more to lose more?!
