EDT nr2 : Really looking for WOMEN to chime in, not saying I want to spot reduce, I am looking for TIPS ON HOW TO HANDLE (bloated?) belly, fat around belly, in Pre or menopausal women, like me.
I am a health prof. and I know that there are TONS of differences between men and women, hormones, etc, in weightloss, medicin use, etc. so am looking for tips of ladies like me.
Im 46, on a plateau and finding it so difficult losing more atm.
Am working on weights/ bodyweight etc so watching my proteine intake etc,but I find it so hard to get rid of my belly.. Im tall, 177cm and now 71kg,down from 97 years ago. Bmi 22,5
I want to weigh 64, my nonscalevictories are not too great, because my stomach is too big still for a lot of my pants...
Does anyone of you have tips on foods that should be avoided/ be eaten more ?
I eat greek yoghurt with proteine with oatmeal and raisins for breakfast. 2 crackers with goatcheese for lunch, salad with fish or meat for dinner, so my carbs are low already .....
I know I have an unrealistic view: 64 is low for how I am build .....big boned/ muscular girl....would want to be skinny, slim etc I know is stupid...so at least I want to get rid of my belly and big butt.....
Can someone chime in?

Cravings are chocolate and cheese.....how to curb that??? In my pms period now, ate too much chocs.....😪
