do you have ooc pms cravings to the point you feel insatiable and it sabotages you every month?
I had a crazy aha moment when I realized the reason i dont feel satiated is because my body doesn't want lettuce or grains or fat or even sugar, so no matter how much i eat, I feel like something is missing, and that something is... RED MEAT! lol, duh if your body is low in iron as it is and losing blood that is a cry for help. And on top of that your insulin levels are all out of wack so that puts your cravings through the roof. I had some beef and it helped with the cravings a little. I still have a need to eat, but at least I could feel it in my stomach rather than a disappearing into bottomless pit, so I feel more in control now
*And no, I am not saying PMS cravings are caused by iron deficiency, just that I think in my particular case it happens to make it worse.
sidenote NSV: jacket I wore a month ago that fit but would ride up when I lifted my arms, now stays put as itsort of "hangs" of the sides of my hips where it previously clung, small detail but pretty excited over it lol
